Semi-Annual Service
Our most common preventive service for homes is called a semi-annual service. This service provides two applications to the exterior of your home per year. These treatments are designed to protect your home year-round from multiple pest infestations. Should a covered pest problem occur under this agreement, we will schedule a visit to correct the problem at no cost.

Rodent Semi-Annual Service
We at Pest Specialist offer protection from Mice and Rats as well. We install rock-like rodent stations in strategic locations around the exterior of your home or business to eliminate rodents that nest and breed in close proximity of your structure. Rodent Rocks are securely fastened to the ground to prevent them from moving, and are designed to only be opened by a key-like locking mechanism to prevent tampering. The Rodent Rock system is an excellent method used to protect homes from rodents before they get inside.
Quarterly & Tri-Annual Service
We also offer the same coverage in a Quarterly and a Tri-Annual system for those homes that require additional control.
Annual Service
We also offer a once a year treatment, usually done in the spring. However, materials generally don't last more than a few months, therefore there is no warranty. A "re-treat" fee is applied to any re-treat performed within one year.
